Bakalářská práce se zabývá nutriční péčí u osob s Alzheimerovou chorobou. Je zaměřena zejména na domovy pro seniory. V domovech pro seniory je často mnoho klientů s tímto onemocněním, protože nemoc vede ke snížení či ztrátě soběstačnosti a rodina často nemůže zajistit adekvátní péči. Abstract:
The Bachelor´s thesis deals with nutrition care of persons with Alzheimer´s disease. It is focused on rest home. There are often many people with this disease in the rest home, because this disease leads to decrease or loss self-sufficiency and the family cannot provide often an adequate care.
