Abstract:

Diplomová práce na téma Stravovací služby ? role a funkce pedagoga rozpracovává oblast problematiky středoškolského odborného vzdělávání, a to konkrétně připravenost učitele odborného výcviku na vstup do jeho profese učitele, to je tzv. období začínajícího učitele v rozmezí od jednoho do tří let praxe. Teoretická část vychází z obecné pedagogiky, přes pojetí středoškolského odborného vzdělávání, jejímž základním prvkem je učitel odborného výcviku se svými kvalifikačními a profesními požadavky a klíčovými kompetencemi. Nezbytnou součástí začínajícího učitele odborného výcviku je stanovení uvádějícího učitele, jeho role, funkce a také obsah a četnost jeho spolupráce se začínajícím učitelem odborného výcviku. Následně je také charakterizována spolupráce s ostatními subjekty edukačního procesu ? tj. učiteli, rodiči, či pracovními jednotkami. Tím je dáno dnešní postavení a určení role a funkce začínajícího učitele odborného výcviku, které mu přinášejí mnoho nových skutečností a poznatků v této profesi, které musí řešit. Záměrem této práce bylo průzkumnou činností ověřit a prokázat, jak je důležitá odborná a pedagogická připravenost učitele odborného výcviku pro výkon jeho profese. Cílem pak bylo analyzovat za využití názorů začínajících učitelů odborného výcviku do tří let praxe, zda se cítí pedagogicky připraveni na výkon svého povolání a zda návaznost jejich pedagogické přípravy optimálně přechází do praxe. Pomocí dotazníkové metody jsem získal odpovědi na třináct strukturovaných položek, včetně předvýzkumu. Zpracované výsledky ukázaly, že začínající učitel odborného výcviku se jen velmi obtížně zařazuje a srovnává se vstupem a počátky své profese. Ukázalo se, že jedním z nejdůležitějších prvků tohoto období je uvádějící učitel a úzká spolupráce s ním. Tímto správným uváděním začínajícího učitele odborného výcviku může i začínající učitel řešit dnešní, ne zcela pozitivní postoj a přístup žáků ke středoškolskému odbornému vzdělávání. Aby výsledkem vstupu začínajícího učitele odborného výcviku, byl plně pedagogicky i odborně připravený učitel odborného výcviku, je nezbytně nutná spolupráce a dohled vedení školy, prostřednictvím uvádějícího učitele a také konkrétní obsah a četnost jejich spolupráce. Z takto připravených začínajících učitelů odborného výcviku bude naše odborné školství pouze těžit a to ve prospěch mladé generace, kterou učitelé vychovávájí.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis on the topic of Catering services - roles and duties of a pedagogue - is focused on the problems in the field of secondary vocational education, namely the readiness of teachers of the vocational training to enter their profession of a teacher, that is the so-called period of a trainee teacher within the range of one to three years of practice. The theoretical part is based on the general pedagogy, followed by the concept of the secondary vocational education, the basic element of which is the teacher of vocational training with his/her qualification and professional requirements and key competence. The essential part of the trainee teacher for the vocational training is an appointment of a mentor, his/her role, duties and also the content and frequency of his/her cooperation with the trainee teacher for the vocational training. Consequently, the cooperation with other subjects of educational process (i.e. teachers, parents, or working units) is also described. This determines the present status and specification of a role and duties of trainee teachers for the vocational training, which bring them a lot of new facts and knowledge in this profession which they must solve. The aim of this thesis was to examine and confirm by using a survey research how important is the professional and pedagogical readiness of teachers for the vocational training in order to practise their profession. The goal was then to analyze with help of the opinions of the trainee teachers for the vocational training within 3 years of practice, if they feel pedagogically prepared to practice their profession and if the sequence of their pedagogical preparation optimally moves to practice. Having used the method of a questionnaire I received answers to thirteen structured items, including partial study. The worked up results showed that it is very difficult for the trainee teachers of the vocational training to adapt and put up with entering and beginnings of their professional career. Thereby it appeared that one of the most important elements of this period is the mentor and close cooperation with him. Choosing the right way of introducing the trainee teacher for the vocational training may also help the trainee teacher to solve the current problems with the attitude and approach of students to the secondary vocational education, which is not quite positive. In order to achieve the result of having a fully pedagogically and professionally prepared trainee teacher, it is necessary to ensure a cooperation and supervision of the school principals by means of the mentor, and also specific content and frequency of their cooperation. Our vocational education will only benefit from such well prepared trainee teachers for the vocational training, namely on behalf of the young generation that is educated by teachers.
