Abstract:
The deal of the bachelor work is the analysis of MR data for measuring the diffusion tensor. The values of FA were acquired by DTI. The right interpretation of these values can lead to verification of pathological disorders in the brain of model rat. Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou MR dat pro měření tenzoru difuze. Pomocí DTI měření mozků potkanů z probíhající studie byli získané hodnoty FA prostřednictvím kterých, je možná verifikace patologických změn mozgu modelu potkana.
