Minimising the Risks of Misuse of the HVAC System in a Department Store

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na možná rizika zneužití vzduchotechnického systému v obchodním domě. Jedná se především o možnost zneužití větracího systému k vniknutí neoprávněných osob do objektu pomocí větracího systému a způsobení újmy na majetku v důsledku tohoto vniknutí. Dále se tato diplomová práce zaměřuje i na možnost využití větracího systému k šíření škodlivých látek a jejich rozptýlení v prostoru s vysokou koncentrací osob a tím způsobit újmu na zdraví a na životech osob nacházejících se v objektu. Obsahem diplomové práce je popis podniku a jeho vzduchotechnického systému, popis a rozbor současného stavu se zaměřením na jednotlivé druhy ochrany objektů, provedení analýzy rizik a vyhodnocení závažnosti jednotlivých rizik. U rizik, která jsou vyhodnocena jako závažná, jsou následně navržena opatření na minimalizaci těchto rizik, což je hlavním cílem této diplomové práce. Jedná se zejména o opatření na bázi plášťové ochrany, fyzické ostrahy a systémů technické ochrany.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis focuses on the possible risks of abuse of the ventilation system in the department store. This mainly involves the possibility of misuse of the ventilation system to enter unauthorized persons into the building using the ventilation system and cause damage to property as a result of such intrusion. Furthermore, this diploma thesis also focuses on the possibility of using a ventilation system to spread harmful substances and their dispersion in an area with a high concentration of people and thereby cause injury to the lives and lives of people in the building. The content of the diploma thesis is a description of the company and its air-conditioning system, description and analysis of the current situation with focus on individual types of protection of buildings, risk analysis and evaluation of the severity of individual risks. For the risks that are evaluated as serious, then measures are proposed to minimize these risks, which is the main goal of this diploma thesis. These are mainly measures based on mantle protection, physical security and technical protection systems.
