Práce se zabývá řízením veřejných dluhů se zaměřením na současnou slovenskou praxi. V teoretické části se zaměřuje na teorii k zadlužení a vývoj současného zadlužení ve Světě. The Essay deals with an issue of public debts management with a particular focus on the Slovakian practice.
