Family business in manufacturing company

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na rodinné podnikání, jaké výhody a nevýhody přináší podnikatelům a jejich rodinným příslušníkům. Rodinné podnikání je velmi rozvíjejícím a potencionálním oborem podnikání. Cílem práce je analyzovat malý výrobní rodinný podnik pomocí sběru dat rozhovorem a s ním související problematikou nástupnictví. Úvodem je definováno rodinné podnikání, nástupnictví, konflikty, životní cyklus a ukončení činnosti podniku. Teoretická část pozvolna navazuje na část praktickou, kde je popisována vybraná rodinná firma, sběr dat a analýza. Výstupem je sestavená SWOT analýza, která shrnuje silné, slabé stránky firmy a následně příležitosti a hrozby. Na závěr shrnutí veškerých informací s následným doporučením pro rodinný podnik. K vytvoření práce byla využívána odborná literatura, legislativní zdroje a také rozhovor s majitelkou rodinné firmy Burko s. r. o.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on family business, what advantages and disadvantages it brings to entrepreneurs and their family members. Family business is very developing and potential field of business. The aim of this work is to analyze a small manufacturing family company by collecting data through an interview and related succession issues. The introduction defines family business, succession, conflicts, life cycle and termination of business. The theoretical part gradually follows the practical part, which describes the selected family business, data collection and analysis. The output is a compiled SWOT analysis, which summarizes the strengths, weaknesses of the company and then the opportunities and threats. Finally, a summary of all the information is followed by a recommendation for a family business. Professional literature, legislative sources and also an interview with the owner of the family business Burko s. r. o. were used to create the bachelor's thesis.
