This thesis is focused on the topic fundamental principles of activities of administrative bodies, that are regulated in the Act 500/2004 Sb. Code of Administrative Procedure. The first part concerns about characterization of the Act, his specifics including historical and legal development. Following chapters focus on scope of force of the Act.
