Cílem této bakalářské práce je zmapovat situaci o problematice Data retetnion v České republice z hlediska informatiky.. Data retention vychází z DIRECTIVE 2006/24/EC, což je směrnice pro všechny státy Evropské Unie. Tato práce vznikla za účelem vytvořit korektní strukturu držených údajů, které je třeba uchovávat. The object of this bachelor thesis is to analyse the situation about Data retention problems in the Czech republic in terms of informatics. Data retention results from DIRECTIVE 2006/24/EC that is the directive for all countries of the European Union.
