Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o dovolených omezeních volného pohybu osob na vnitřním trhu ES. Práce je rozdělena do kapitol podle jednotlivých druhů omezení. Nejprve jsem se zabýval omezením na základě délky pobytu. Poté následovalo omezení z důvodu veřejného pořádku, veřejné bezpečnosti a veřejného zdraví. This bachelor thesis deals with the permissible restrictions on free movement of persons in the internal EC market. The bachelor thesis is divided into chapters by type of restriction.
