Patterns and Dielectrics on Copper and Aluminium Substrates
Abstract:
Předkládaná bakalářská práce je zaměřena na motivy a dielektrika na Cu a Al substrátech. V práci jsou popsané typy substrátů pro výkonovou elektroniku, používané materiály u IMS substrátů, aditivní metody nanášení past a rešerše dielektrických a vodivých past použitelných na Cu a Al substrátech.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is aimed at motives and dielectrics on Cu and Al substrates. The works deals with the descriptions of substrate-types for power electronics, used materials on IMS substrates, additive methods of applying pastes and search of the dielectrics and conductive pastes useable on the Cu and Al substrates.
