Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na hodnocení kvality poskytované péče pacienty v zařízení dlouhodobé péče. První část práce je teoretická a je v ní věnována pozornost kvalitě z více úhlů pohledu. Zejména se jedná o možnosti sledování a vyhodnocování kvality ve zdravotnických zařízeních. V této části je věnována pozornost hodnocení kvality, zakotvení této problematiky v legislativě, způsobu vyhodnocování včetně spokojenosti pacientů, dlouhodobé péči a následně konkrétnímu zařízení, kde probíhal výzkum, jenž je součástí práce. Hlavním cílem výzkumné části bylo vytvořit a implementovat standardizovaný dotazník vhodný pro účely hodnocení spokojenosti pacientů. Validita a reliabilita dotazníku byla ověřena dotazníkovým šetřením, kontrolního šetření a jeho evaluací. Tato práce je součástí projektu Studentské grantové soutěže Interní grantové agentury Univerzity Pardubice "Kvalita péče ve zdravotnických zařízeních.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on evaluation of quality in care provided in long-term care facilities. The first part of the thesis is theoretical. In this part attention is paid to quality from multiple points of view. In particular, it is about monitoring and evaluating quality in healthcare facilities. In the theoretical part, attention is paid to the overall satisfaction, to the establishment of this issue in the legislation, to the assessment of satisfaction and of the long-term care and then to the specific facility where the research, which is part of the work, took place. In the practical research part of this work, the main objective was to create a non-standardized questionnaire. This questionnaire should be suitable for evaluating patient satisfaction and also of the management of the healthcare facility. Another objective was to verify this questionnaire in practice and to evaluate patient satisfaction in the selected after-care facility. The adequacy of the questionnaire was tested by means of a questionnaire and a survey. This work is part of the project of the Student grant competition of the Internal Grant Agency of the University of Pardubice "Quality of care in healthcare facilities".
