Bakalářská práce s názvem „nekalé obchodní praktiky“ mapuje právní úpravu týkající se nekalých obchodních praktik ve vztahu obchodníků vůči spotřebitelům. Věnuje se komunitární právní úpravě – zejména směrnici o nekalých obchodních praktikách a její transpozici do veřejnoprávního předpisu zákona o ochraně spotřebitele. The dissertation "Unfair business practices" maps out the legal regulations relating to unfair business practices used by traders on consumers.
