Module for implementation of graphs' merging
Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza modulu pro generování a porovnávání grafů. Práce se také obsahuje popis jeho implementace. Analýza je provedena pomocí UML. Vytvořený systém pak bude použit jako rozšíšení možností portálu SVOD pro analýzu epidemiologických nádorů České republiky (http://www.svod.cz).
Abstract:
The point of this Bachelor's Thesis is an analysis of the module for implementation of graphs' merging. The work also focus on the description of its implementation. The analysis is made by UML. The complete system will be used as extension of possiblities of the SVOD portal for analysis of tumor epidemiology in the Czech Republic (http://www.svod.cz).
