Abstract:
Práce se zabývá selháním státu ve Venezuele po roce 2013, kdy došlo ke změně politického vedení země. V rámci analýzy je využito teoretického zarámování Rotberga, Zartmana a Milliken a Krause. Autor stanovuje 10 indikátorů, na jejichž základě vyhodnocuje selhání státu ve třech dimenzích: bezpečnostně-sociální, státně-politické a ekonomické. Abstract:
This thesis is focused on state failure in Venezuela after 2013, which was a significant year due to a major change of political leadership in the country. The analysis utilizes theoretical framework of Rotberg, Zartman and Milliken and Krause. We define 10 indicators, which serve as a basis for evaluation of state failure in three dimensions.
