Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vývojem imunosenzoru s elektrochemickou detekcí. Modelový koncept tohoto biosenzoru zahrnuje interakci mezi lidským sérovým albuminem (HSA) a jeho příslušnou protilátkou. Převodník sestává ze dvou identických zlatých elektrod – nevyžadují žádnou externí referentní elektrodu, což v budoucnu umožní miniaturizaci zařízení. This diploma thesis focuses in the first place on a development of immunosensor with electrochemical detection. Its model concept covers the interaction between human serum albumin (HSA) and the corresponding antibody. Electrochemical transducer consists of two identical gold electrodes – no external reference electrode is needed. So, the measuring system could be miniaturized in future.
