Utilization of modern structured products in growing markets

Abstract:

Tato práce je zaměřena na problematiku moderních strukturovaných produktů na rostoucích finančních trzích. V úvodu jsou uvedeny základní charakteristiky těchto produktů, jejich největší výhody, nevýhody a rizika. Po představení strukturovaných produktů následuje část zaměřená na největší sdružení emitentů s těmito produkty v Evropě a obchodování s nimi v Německu a České republice. Prostřední a také největší pasáž je zaměřena na podrobnou charakteristiku jednotlivých strukturovaných produktů, které jsem rozdělil do dvou velkých oddílů, a to pákové a nepákové produkty. Závěrečná praktická část analyzuje možnosti využití těchto produktů za předpokladu rostoucích finančních trhů a naznačuje, které produkty jsou vhodné pro slabě, středně a silně rostoucí finanční trh.

Abstract:

This thesis pursues the problems of modern structured products in the growing financial markets. There are basic characterizations of these products in the introduction, their biggest advantages, disadvantages and risks. After the presentation of structured products, there is a part pursued the biggest associations of eminents with these products in Europe and these products trade in Germany and the Czech Republic. The middle and also the largest passage is dedicated to the detailed characterization of individual sructured products which are divided into two extensive parts, namely the leveraged and unleveraged products. A final practical part analyses the chances of making use of these products on condition of growing financial markets, and indicates which products are suitable for weak, average, and for strong growing financial markets.
