Abstract:
Spalničky jsou vysoce nakažlivé kapénkové onemocnění způsobené virem rodu Morbillivirus z čeledi Paramyxoviridae. Spalničky se nejčastěji projevují horečkou, kašlem, rýmou, charakteristickým exantémem a Koplikovými skvrnami. Hostitelem tohoto onemocnění je pouze člověk, léčba zahrnuje izolaci a podpůrnou péči. Abstract:
The measles is a highly contagious airborne disease, which belongs to the genus Morbillivirus within the family Paramyxoviridae. The most common symptoms of measles are fever, cough, runny nose and extensive red rash. The only possible host of measles is a human. Medical treatment includes isolation and supporting healthcare.
