Plavecký způsob kraul a jeho současná technika

Freestyle swimming and its contemporary technique
Abstract:
Práce seznamuje s plaváním volným způsobem, s jeho historií a vývojem kraulové techniky. Technickými aspekty se zabývá z obecného pohledu, zatímco hlavní část práce je věnována jednotlivým prvkům, které tvoří vlastní kraulovou techniku. Samostatná kapitola je věnována zdravotním aspektům a to především „plaveckému ramenu“.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with freestyle swimming, its history and developement of crawl technique. Technical aspects are mentioned only in general view, but the main part of this work consists in paricular components, which compose crawl technique itself. Separated chapter is devoted to health aspects, mainly to „swimmers shoulder“.
