Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na bankovní smlouvy a na jejich praktické využití v praxi. Je definována banka a její výlučné postavení na bankovním trhu. Pomocí analýzy autora je provedena analýza irské a české legislativy a bankovního produktu.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis focuses on bank contracts and their practical use in practice. The bank and its exclusive position on the banking market are defined. Using the author's analysis, an analysis of Irish and Czech legislation and the banking product is performed.
