Abstract:

Cílem mé práce je zjistit názory učitelů na obsahovou stránku etických kodexů učitelské profese. Práce je složena z části teoretické a části výzkumné. Teoretická část pojednává o profesní etice a s ní spjatých etických kodexech obecně, ale také konkrétně o etice a etických kodexech učitelské profese. V teoretické části dále pojednávám o profesi učitele, jeho potřebných schopnostech a dovednostech a legislativním ukotvením této profese. Praktická část se zabývá obsahovým zněním etického kodexu dle názorů učitelů. Tyto názory od pedagogů zjišťuji pomocí smíšeného výzkumu.

Abstract:

The goal of this thesis is to find out teacher´s opinions to the content of the teacher´s profession ethical codes. The thesis contains a theoretical part and a research part. The theoretical part deals with a professional ethics and ethical codes connected to it in general, but also with ethics and teacher´s profession ethical codes. In the theoretical part I also deal with the teacher´s profession, their necessary abilities and skills, and legislation this profession. The research part deals with the content of the ethical code according to teachers' opinions. I gather these opinions by general research.
