Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je krizová intervence v hospici. Teoretická část se skládá ze tří hlavních kapitol a jednotlivých subkapitol. První kapitola se věnuje krizi a krizové intervenci. V první podkapitole vymezuje příčiny krize, typy krizí, fáze krizí a jejich průběh. Ve druhé podkapitole se věnuje etapám a formám krizové intervence a popisuje, kdo je krizový intervent. Druhá kapitola vymezuje zdravotně-sociální péči, úlohu zdravotně-sociálního pracovníka a jeho jednotlivé role, a to sice roli v multidisciplinárním týmu, v krizové intervenci a v hospici. Třetí kapitola představuje hospic, vymezuje formy hospicové péče a poradenství v hospici. Čtvrtá kapitola představuje aplikační část práce. Aplikační část bude zpracována metodou analýzy problému z praxe prostřednictvím analýzy dokumentů a následným zpracováním kazuistik. Poslední kapitola obsahuje diskuzi, celkové shrnutí výsledků. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, jak a v jakých etapách probíhá krizová intervence v zařízení zdravotně-sociální péče, konkrétně v hospici.

Abstract:

The topic of bachelor thesis is crisis intervention in hospice. The theoretical part consists of three main chapters and individual subchapters. The first chapter deals with the crisis and crisis intervention. The first subchapter defines the causes of crises, types of crises, phases of crises and their course. The second subchapter discusses the stages and forms of crisis intervention and describes who is a crisis interventionist The second chapter defines health and social care, the activities of the health and social worker and their individual roles, the role in the multidisciplinary team, in crisis intervention and in hospice. The third chapter introduces hospice, defining the forms of hospice care and hospice consulting. The fourth chapter presents the application part of the thesis. The application part of the thesis will be processed through the method of analyzing a problem in practice by analyzing documents and then elaborating case studies. The last chapter includes a discussion, summary of the results. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to find out how and in what stages is crisis intervention provided in a health-social care institution, specifically in a hospice.
