Abstract:
Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá součástkami citlivými na vlhkost, skladováním a manipulaci s nimi ve výrobním procesu. Seznamuje s riziky těchto součástek při pájení přetavením. Uvádí třídy citlivosti součástek na vlhkost a postup klasifikace součástek do těchto tříd pomocí měření, včetně návrhu laboratorní úlohy pro zkušební měření na součástkách citlivých na vlhkost. This master thesis deals with the moisture-sensitive components, their storage and handling in the manufacturing process. Introduces the risks of these components during the reflow soldering. Specifies moisture sensitivity levels and their classification process by measurement, including a proposal for laboratory measurement on components sensitive to moisture.
