Tématem této bakalářské práce je analýza služeb vzhledem ke spokojenosti zákazníků v obchodním centru Plzeň Plaza. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, zda jsou zákazníci spokojeni s dosavadními službami, které obchodní centrum nabízí. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí. The theme of this bachelor thesis is the analysis of services in relation to customer satisfaction in the shopping center Plzeň Plaza.
