Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce je zjištění, jak nejefektivněji organizovat čas a jaké metody time managementu využívat. První část práce je zaměřena na teorii time managementu, jeho vývoj, nejčastější metody a plánování času. Druhá část této bakalářské práce zjišťuje efektivnost využívání času vrcholovými manažery a formuluje konkrétní návrhy na organizování času s využitím poznatků z teorie.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is to find out how to organize time most effectively and what time management methods to use. The first part of the work is focused on the theory of time management, its development, the most common methods and time planning.
