Abstract:

Absolventská práce se zabývá problematikou pobytu cizinců na území České republiky a institutem azylu. Práce je rozdělena do šesti hlavních kapitol, kdy prvních pět je teoretických. Zabývá se výkladem důležitých pojmů, vysvětlením za jakých podmínek mohou cizinci vstoupit a pobývat na území České republiky a za jakých podmínek mohou využívat azyl. Poslední kapitola je praktická, kdy byl vytvořen dotazník a podrobně rozebrány odpovědi respondentů.

Abstract:

Graduate thesis deals with the stay of foreigners in the Czech Republic and the institution of asylum. Work is divided into six main chapters, the first five are theoretical. Work deals with interpretation of important concepts, explaining conditions under which foreigners can enter and stay in the Czech Republic and also under which can use the asylum. The last chapter is practical, where questionnaire was created and the respondent's answers discussed in detail.
