The role of taping in the treatment of instability for hand.

Abstract:

In sports, but also in everyday life, one of the joints most sensitive to injury is the ankle. Sprains of this joint represent one of the the most frequent injury and they are the first cause of ankle instability. Starting with an accurate evaluation of the clinical presentation and with an analysis of the joint biomecanics of the ankle and foot, in my composition i propose to return credibility to an accessory and complementary method to traditional physiokinesitherapy, which is the taping. The bad application of this method in italian review created distrust both in tehnicians and patients. Rehabilitation protocols for the treatment of ankle sprain, that bring to a mechanic and functional instability, in which it is recommended to use are the basis to deserve and verify the rehabilitating and preventive efficacy, as well as the manual skill for the application of all bandage supports, from functional tape to kinesiology tape.

Abstract:

In ambito sportivo, ma anche nel quotidiano, una delle articolazioni pi? soggette ad infortunio ? la caviglia. Le distorsioni a carico di questa articolazione rappresentano uno dei traumi pi? frequenti e sono la principale causa di instabilit? tibiotarsica. Partendo da un'attenta valutazione del quadro clinico e da un'analisi della biomeccanica articolare della caviglia e del piede, nel mio elaborato mi propongo di restituire credibilit? ad una metodica accessoria e complementare alla fisiochinesiterapia tradizionale quale ? il taping. L'utilizzo a volte smodato e senza criterio con cui ? stato proposto nel panorama italiano questo approccio, ha creato una certa sfiducia tanto negli operatori quanto nei pazienti. I
