Studium desorpce v přítomnosti matrice pro zavádění analytů do indukčně vázaného plazmatu

Abstract:
Tématem bakalářské práce bylo studium desorpce v přítomnosti matrice pro zavádění analytů do indukčně vázaného plazmatu. Byla zpracována literární rešerše zaměřená na MALDI MS, ICP OES a MS s ohledem na možnosti jejich kombinace na analýzu metaloproteinů a fosfoproteinů. V rešerši byl dále popsán přehled metod používaných na analýzu metaloproteinů a fosfoproteinů.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis was focused on Study of matrix-assisted desorption for introduction of analytes to induction-coupled plasma (MALD-ICP). The recherche was processed based on MALDI MS, ICP OES and MS with reference to possibilities their combination on analysis of metalloproteins and phosphoproteins.
