Evaluation and proposal of the fundraising strategy of the Sdružení Neratov, z.s.

Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce je analyzovat současnou strategii fundraisingu neziskové organizace Sdružení Neratov, z.s. a na základě výsledků analýz navrhnout vhodné fundraisingové řešení včetně formulace možných doporučení. Mezi hlavní metody výzkumu fundraisingové strategie patří PEST analýza, analýza vnitřních zdrojů vyhodnocená prostřednictvím VRIO analýzy, analýza poslání, dále kvalitativní expertní rozhovor s hlavním manažerem spolku, analýza on-line aktivit spolku. Veškeré výše zmíněné aktivity jsou následně shrnuty za pomocí SWOT analýzy. Konečným přínosem, na základě výše uvedených metod, je vytvoření návrhu fundraisingové strategie, která obsahuje řadu podnětů a doporučení, jež by do budoucna mohly pomoct zvýšit kvalitu fundraisingových aktivit Sdružení Neratov, z.s. a přispět tak k rozvoji neziskové organizace jako celku.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the current fundraising strategy of the non-profit organization Sdružení Neratov, z.s. and to propose a suitable fundraising solution based on the results of the analysis, including the formulation of possible recommendations. The main methods of research are fundraising strategy including PEST analysis, analysis of internal resources evaluated through VRIO analysis, qualitative expert interview with the main manager of the association, analysis of online activities of the association and all the above-mentioned activities summarized using SWOT analysis. The final contribution, based on the above-mentioned analyses, is the creation of a draft fundraising strategy, which contains several suggestions and recommendations that could help to improve the quality of fundraising activities of the Sdružení Neratov, z.s. in the future and thus help to develop the entire non-profit organization.
