Tato diplomová práce se zabývá poskytováním úvěrů, úvěry jako takovými a vymáháním nesplacených úvěrů. V rámci úvodní kapitoly jsou blíže popsány nejčastěji poskytované úvěry bankami. Další kapitola je věnována popsání celého procesu, který vede k získání úvěru. This thesis deals with the provision of loans, distressed loans, those in default and the collections of such outstanding loans. The introductory chapter are described mostly loans granted by banks.
