Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na využití termální kamery v oblasti krizového řízení. V první části je popsána problematika dálkového průzkumu Země v termální části spektra, zpracování obrazu a problematika krizového řízení. This bachelor thesis is focused on the use of thermal camera in the field of crisis management. The first part describes issues of remote sensing in the thermal part of the electromagnetic spectrum, image processing and crisis management issues.
