Geographical conditions of cycling training - South Moravian Region

Abstract:

Diplomová práce měla zkoumat geografické podmínky tréninku cyklistiky v Jihomoravském kraji. Tato diplomová práce má sloužit jako podklad pro potřebnou tvorbu mobilní aplikace. Aplikace bude pomáhat cyklistům v Jihomoravském kraji s tréninkem a výběrem tras. Diplomová práce ve svém začátku vysvětluje obecné principy cyklistického tréninku. Uvádí základní faktory, které je potřeba rozvíjet, tak aby cyklistický trénink byl co nejvíce efektivní. V teoretické časti lze např. zjistit, jak se dělí roční tréninkový cyklus u cyklistů nebo jaké zdravotní rizika hrozí při cyklistice. Druhá část práce zkoumá pomocí dotazníku tréninkové metody, faktory a principy u dotazovaných cyklistů. Tito cyklisté vyplnili dotazník, který byl korespondován on – line. Dotazník je také součástí práce viz. přílohy práce. Všechny dotazníky byly vyhodnoceny pomocí statistických metod, následně pro zjednodušení byly použity grafy a tabulky. Tato data byla použita pro ověřování hypotéz a především pro podklady pro tvorbu mobilní aplikace, která by měla cyklistům pomáhat při tréninku. V práci byly splněny všechny cíle, které byly stanoveny na začátku práce.

Abstract:

This thesis was to examine the geographic conditions of cycling training in South County. This thesis is intended to serve as a basis for the need for the creation of mobile applications. Applications will assist cyclists in the South Moravian Region with training and route selection. The thesis in its infancy explains the general principles of cycling training. It presents the basic factors that need to be developed so that cycling training was the most effective. In the theoretical part can be eg. To determine how to divide annual training cycle for cyclists or what health risks are for cycling. The second part examines the questionnaire using training methods, factors and principles of the interviewed cyclists. These cyclists completed a questionnaire, which was corresponded on - line. The questionnaire is also part of the work etc. files work. All questionnaires were evaluated using statistical methods to simplify subsequently been used graphs and tables. This data was used for the testing of hypotheses and especially for basics for mobile applications, which should help cyclists during training. The work met all the goals that were set at the beginning of the work
