Abstract:
Předkládaná kvalifikační práce se zabývá problematikou prodeje pojistných produktů, analyzuje možnosti, vhodnosti a efektivnosti vybraných forem prodeje s ohledem, na význam odborné způsobilosti distributorů při komunikaci se zájemci o pojištění. Na základě výsledků provedené analýzy navrhuje efektivní možnost prodeje produktů pro malou neživotní pojišťovnu.

The presented qualification thesis deals with the issue of selling insurance products, analyzes the possibilities, suitability and effectiveness of selected forms of sales with regard to the importance of the professional competence of distributors when communicating with those interested in insurance.
