The shopping behavior of consumers in given segment

Abstract:

Diplomová práce zaměřená na nákupní chování v segmentu dětských jednorázových plen si dává za cíl analyzovat a odhalit preference nákupního chování lidí využívající jednorázové pleny pro své ratolesti v České republice. V teoretické části se práce zaměřuje na spotřební a nákupní chování, v rámci kterého byl ze dvou pohledů popsán kupní rozhodovací proces a faktory, které ovlivňují rozhodování. Na konci této části jsou popsána teoretická východiska marketingového výzkumu se zaměřením na dotazníkové šetření a polostrukturované rozhovory. Následuje metodická část, která vykresluje, jak byl prováděn průzkum realizovaný v této práci. V praktické části je velký prostor věnován analýze českého a světového trhu v oblasti dětských plen a vybraným značkám, které v tuzemsku působí. Dále je provedena analýza dotazníkového šetření, které je obohaceno o polostrukturované rozhovory. Na závěr jsou navržena doporučení pro výrobce plen.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis focused on shopping behavior in the segment of disposable diapers aims to analyze and reveal the shopping behavior preferences of people buying disposable diapers for their children in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on consumer and purchasing behavior, in which the purchasing decision-making process and the factors that influence decision-making were described from two perspectives. At the end of this part, the theoretical basis of marketing research is described, focusing on a questionnaire survey and semi-structured interviews. The following is a methodological part that depicts how the survey conducted in this work was conducted. In the practical part, a large space is devoted to the analysis of the Czech and world market in the field of baby diapers and selected brands that operate in the country. Furthermore, an analysis of the questionnaire survey is performed, which is enriched by two semi-structured interviews. Finally, recommendations for diaper manufacturers are proposed.
