Crisis Senarios Reation in Organizations

Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce je problematika krizí v podnicích. Já osobně jsem se zaměřila na řešení krizových situacích v zahradnictví. Tuto oblast problematiky jsem se rozhodla zkoumat protože, si myslím, že v tomto oboru je spousta krizových situací, které mohou výrazně ovlivnit chod podniku. V bakalářské práci se se více zaměřuji na krizovou situaci v zahradnictví a to konkrétně na škůdce a pěstování ječmene jarního, které jsou jednou z hlavních rizik v tomto oboru. Cílem práce je návrh metody, pomocí které určíme opatření k minimalizaci krizových situací.

Abstract:

The theme of this thesis is the issue of crisis in companies. Personally, I have focused on solving crisis situations in horticulture. This area is the issue, I decided to investigate because I think that in this field there is a lot of crises that may significantly affect the business. In my work with more focus on the crisis in horticulture and specifically the pests, which are one of the major risks in this field. The aim is to draft the methods by which we determine measures to minimize the crisis.
