Teorie výkonové motivace a ověření jejich funkčnosti v pracovním prostředí

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje ověření funkčnosti motivačních teorií v prostředí ICT firem. Jejím cílem je za pomoci kvantitativního výzkumu přiblížit potřeby zaměstnanců ICT prostředí. Teoretická práce přibližuje téma motivace, její zdroje a teorie, které jsou hodnoceny. Teorie je zakončena specifikací zkoumaného prostředí. Následuje empirická část, kde nalezneme hodnocení faktorů a tvrzení, vytvořených v souladu s teorií. Praktická část je zakončena souhrnem výsledků a doporučením pro možnou aplikaci.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis is devoted to verification of functionality of motivational theories in ICT environment. Its aim is to bring the needs of the ICT environment staff closer together with quantitative research. The theoretical part deals with the topic of motivation, its sources and theories that are evaluated. The theory ends with the specifications of the examined environment. The empirical part follows with evaluation of factors and statements made in accordance with the theory. The practical part is completed by a summary of the results and recommendations for possible application.
