Bakalářská práce se zabývá výslovností českých mluvčí při studiu anglického jazyka. Je zaměřena na chyby, které český mluvčí při výslovnosti dělá. Vychází z porovnávání samohláskových a souhláskových inventářů angličtiny a češtiny. Následuje detailní popis jednotlivých hlásek v angličtině a v češtině a jejich porovnávání.
