Abstract:

Bakalářská práce poskytuje komplexní pohled na přípravu a vlastní provedení implementace SAP systému pro středně velké a malé podniky. Teoretická část je zaměřena na komplexní seznámení s jednotlivými fázemi projektu implementace, zvláště pak s přihlédnutím na stanovení jejich obsahu a doby trvání v průběhu implementace, definování a vyhodnocení rizik, přípravy školení pro všechny koncové uživatele, a to vše v souladu s metodikou zavádění nového informačního systému. Dále jsou v teoretické části podrobněji vysvětleny jednotlivé fáze implementace s přihlédnutím k vyhodnocení rizik, doby trvání a závěrečnému hodnocení realizace jednotlivých fází projektu. Praktická část je zpracována jako výstup konkrétního zavádění SAP informačního systému pro jednu danou společnost. Implementace nového informačního systému v této společnosti nebyla do uzavření této bakalářské práce dokončena a odsouhlasena vedením společnosti, proto závěry, finální hodnocení a odsouhlasení úspěšného dokončení implementace informačního systému dle stanovené metodiky není a nemůže být součástí závěru bakalářské práce. Bakalářská práce je zpracována v souladu s doporučenými postupy implementace systému SAP metodikou ASAP.

Abstract:

This bachelor´s thesis provides a comprehensive view of the preparation and implementation of SAP system for midsize and small businesses. The theoretical part is focused on the complex introduction to individual phases of the implementation project, especially with regards to the determination of their content and duration during implementation, risk definition and evaluation, training preparation for all end users, all in accordance with the implementation methodology. Furthermore, the individual phases of implementation are explained in more detail in the theoretical part, taking into account the risk assessment, the duration and the final evaluation of the implementation of the individual phases of the project. The practical part is processed as an output of a specific implementation of the SAP information system for a given company. The implementation of the new information system in this company was not completed and approved by the company management until the conclusion of this bachelor thesis, therefore the conclusions, final evaluation and approval of the successful completion of the implementation of the information system are not and cannot be part of the conclusion of the bachelor thesis. The bachelor thesis is elaborated in accordance with recommended procedures of SAP system implementation by ASAP methodology.
