Abstract:
Tato práce je zaměřena na vývoj instrumentace pro kapilární elektroforézu a to především se zaměřením na optickou detekci. Jedná se zejména o testování různých typů světelných zdrojů jako například laserové moduly, laserové diody nebo různé typy LED. This work is focused on the development of instrumentation for capillary electrophoresis paying special attention to the optical detection. Especially various light sources including laser modules, lased diodes and several types of light emitting diodes were tested.
