Porovnání dokumentace stavby u dvou odlišných výstavbových projektů

Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci se zabývám problematikou vedení výstavbového projektu od jeho zahájení až do jeho ukončení. V první části práce se věnuji obecné teorii rozdělení výstavbového projektu do jednotlivých výkonových fází. V druhé části jsou popsány jednotlivé fáze dvou různých výstavbových projektů, které jsou mezi sebou porovnávány. Výsledkem je vyhodnocení rozdílů v dokumentaci a vedení obou projektů …more
