ESBL, AmpC producers and biofilm
Abstract:
Bakteriální kmeny tvořící biofilm jsou významným medicínským problémem, především díky schopnosti buněk biofilmu odolávat antimikrobiální léčbě. V rámci této práce byla zjišťována tvorba biofilmu u vysoce rezistentních enterobakteriálních kmenů pocházejících z moči, které produkují ESBL nebo AmpC betalaktamázy.
Abstract:
Bacterial strains producing biofilm are a significant problem in medicine, especially due to ability of biofilm cells resist to antimicrobial treatment. Production of biofilm in high resistant enterobacterial strains from urine, which produce ESBL and AmpC betalaktamases was investigated in this thesis.
