The new trends in the evalution of employees in a selected organisation of financial sector

Abstract:

The aim of this work is based on theoretical approaches, analysis of human resource management in a particular organization and comparative analysis reveal the strengths and weaknesses of the system and possibilities for their improvement. The aim of the this graduation thesis is also to evaluate the use of the system and suggest ways of improving in the existing organization of the banking sector, Evaluation is performed on the basis of a detailed analysis of employee evaluation and the theoretical results of research this isues in the chosen organization of the banking sector. This graduation thesis consists of three primary chapters, which are theoretical, analytical and design section. The theoretical part contains more subchapters. In this part are comprehensively covered knowledge of human capital, human resources management to staff assessment itself. She is a professional definition of what is a staff assessment, what are the criteria, forms, methods, techniques, procedures for evaluation. It also addresses the various errors that often arise in the evaluation. The second chapter contains a very detailed analysis of the evaluation of all employees in a selected organization of the banking sector, elemental analyzes information about the bank and also on the rating system of internal staff. The third chapter includes a comprehensive synthesis of all the data collected as well as the various proposals for improving the situation. This chapter describes in detail the various advantages and disadvantages as well as real opportunities to improve the evaluation system established in the institution. In the thesis, we used several methods of scientific work as synthesis, analysis, interrogative method, inference, comparison and also SWOT analysis.

Abstract:

Primárnym cieľom práce je na základe teoretických prístupov, analýzy riadenia ľudských zdrojov v konkrétnej organizácii a komparatívnej analýzy odhaliť silné a slabé stránky tohto systému a navrhnúť možnosti jeho zlepšenia. Čiastkovým cieľom tejto diplomovej práce je vyhodnotiť využívanie daného systému a navrhnúť možnosti jeho zlepšenia vo vybranej organizácii bankového sektora. Vyhodnocovanie prebieha na základe podrobnej analýzy systému hodnotenia zamestnancov a na základe teoretických východísk skúmanej problematiky. Diplomová práca je zložená z troch primárnych kapitol, ktorými sú teoretická, analytická a návrhová časť. Teoretická časť obsahuje viac subkapitol. Sú v nej komplexne zahrnuté poznatky od ľudského kapitálu , riadenie ľudských zdrojov až po samotné hodnotenie zamestnancov. Venuje sa odbornému definovaniu, čo je to hodnotenie zamestnancov, aké sú jeho kritériá, formy, spôsoby, metódy, postupy pri hodnotení. Zaoberá sa aj rozličnými chybami, ktoré pri hodnotení často vznikajú. Druhá kapitola obsahuje samotnú podrobnú analýzu hodnotenia všetkých zamestnancov vo vybranej organizácii bankového sektora, analyzuje elementárne informácie o danej banke a taktiež o jej systéme hodnotenia interných zamestnancov. Tretia kapitola zahŕňa súhrnnú syntézu všetkých získaných údajov ako aj jednotlivé návrhy na zlepšenie daného stavu. V tejto kapitole sú podrobne opísané jednotlivé nevýhody a výhody ako aj reálne možnosti na zlepšenie zavedeného systému hodnotenia v danej inštitúcii. V diplomovej práci sú použité viaceré metódy vedeckej práce ako syntéza, analýza, opytovacia metóda, dedukcia, komparácia a taktiež SWOT analýza.
