Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou, zda subjektivní práva mohou být dotčena normativními právními akty, kdy v současném právním prostředí není pochyb o tom, že subjektivní práva mohou být dotčena individuálními i smíšenými správními akty. The thesis deals with the question if rights can be influenced by the normative administrative acts while in the current legal environment there is no doubt that rights can be influenced by individual administrative acts and hybrid administrative acts.
