Personality of the perpetrator for criminal act and offence

Abstract:

Personality of a Perpetrator of Criminal Act And Offence Goal of this work ´Personality of a Perpetrator of Criminal Act And Offence´ was to clarify the link between all biological, psychological and social that influences the development of personality, the formation of individuality. We were trying to describe the impact of various factors on changes in behavior and human survival, the effects of the life situations that can get all of us, with their management depending on many factors operating at the right time. We wanted to show the number of incentives and opportunities on which a man chooses the wrong way. These are primarily external influences through which people get to commit anti-social activities. Criminality accompanies our society since its beginnings and it is clear that it will never be rid of fit. It is a serious social problem which is necessary to be solved. The starting point therefore remains to learn to live with it, which does not mean to reconcile with it but to minimize it by means of law enforcement and of prevention.

Abstract:

Osobnosť páchateľa trestného činu a priestupku Cieľom bakalárskej práce „osobnosť páchateľa trestného činu a priestupku“ bolo ozrejmiť súvislosti medzi všetkým biologickým, psychologickým a sociálnym, čo vplýva na vývoj osobnosti, na utváranie jej individuality. Snažili sme sa opísať vplyvy rôznych faktorov na zmeny v správaní a prežívaní, vplyvy životných situácií, do ktorých sa môže dostať každý z nás, pričom ich zvládnutie závisí od mnohých okolností pôsobiacich práve v danom momente. Chceli sme poukázať na množstvo podnetov a príležitostí, na základe ktorých sa človek vyberie zlou cestou. Sú to predovšetkým vonkajšie vplyvy, vďaka ktorým sa ľudia dostávajú ku páchaniu protispoločenských činností Kriminalita sprevádza spoločnosť od jej počiatkov a je zrejmé, že sa jej nikdy nezbaví. Je závažným celospoločenským problémom, ktorý je potrebné riešiť. Východiskom preto ostáva naučiť sa s ňou žiť, čo však neznamená zmieriť sa s ňou, ale minimalizovať ju a to prostriedkami represívnymi, aj preventívnymi.
