The changes of support in hallux valgus patients

Abstract:

Práce popisuje změny oporných bodů chodidla pacientů s hallux valgus v porovnání se zdravou populací. Je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část zahrnuje kineziologii I. řady, patokineziologii a patogenezi hallux valgus, popis rozložení tlaků na přednoží a Mortonovy nohy. Praktická část sleduje rozdíly v plantárních tlacích a oporných bodech na chodidlech pacientů s hallux valgus a porovnává je s výsledky měření u zdravých jedinců. Při sledování bylo použito přístrojové techniky: posturografické desky footscan?. Práce dále zhodnocuje možnou souvislost mezi přítomností tzv. Mortonovy nohy a vznikem hallux valgus. Bylo zjištěno, že halux valgus deformita mění distribuci plantárního tlaku tak, že se značná část zátěže přesouvá z laterálního na mediální přednoží. Ze studie dále vyplývá, že subjekty s hallux valgus vykazují vyšší hodnoty Mortonovy nohy v mm a také klinické známky poklesu mediální klenby při zatížení.

Abstract:

Presented thesis describes the changes in the base of support in hallux valgus patients in comparsion with healthy subjects. It is divided into a teoretical and a practical part. The teoretical part includes kinesiology of the first ray, pathokinesiology and pathogenesis of hallux valgus, the distribution of plantar pressure, posture and Morton's foot chapters. The practical part represents the description of plantar pressure changes and changes in base of support in hallux valgus patients feet and compares it with results of healthy subjects. Thesis gives insight into possible relationship between Morton's foot and hallux valgus deformity formation. It was found that halux valgus deformity changes plantar pressure distribution, so that a considerable part of the load shifts from the lateral to the medial forefoot. The study also indicates that subjects with hallux valgus show higher values Morton's foot in mm as well as clinical signs of decline of the medial arch drop while loaded.
