Abstract:

Předložená diplomová práce sleduje život poddaných velkostatku Česká Kamenice perspektivou pramenů trestněprávní povahy. Je zasazena do časového rámce 1. poloviny 19. století a důraz klade především na sledování ženské trestné činnosti se zasazením této problematiky do širšího kontextu společnosti stojící na prahu moderní doby. Spolu se změnami ve společnosti dochází i k proměně systému trestů. Primárním cílem je postihnout nezákonné jednání, kterého se dopouštěli poddaní českokamenického panství v rámci těžkých policejních přestupků. Tyto případy byly řešeny prostřednictvím vrchnostenského soudu.

Abstract:

This diplome thesis follows the life of the subjects on a large estate Česká Kamenice with regard to the sources of the criminal law nature. It is embedded in the time frame of the first half of the 19th century and emphasis is placed mainly on the monitoring of female crime by putting this issue in the wider context of the society standing on the threshold of modern age. Together with the changes in the life society, the system of penalties also changes. The primary objective is to deal with the committed crime by the subjects on the large estate Česká Kamenice in the framework of heavy police offenses. These criminal cases were dealt with through the Supreme Court.
