Abstract:
V této práci se pokusím vymezit základní pojem věcných břemen, druhy věcných břemen, jejich způsob vzniku, za jakých okolností dochází ke změnám a k jejich zániku, jejich staro nového rozdělení na služebnosti a reálná břemena, a to podle stávající právní úpravy z. č. 40/1964 Sb. a podle nové právní úpravy z. č. 89/2012 Sb.
