Customer satisfaction index and consumer preferences on telecommunications market

Abstract:

Táto práca sa zameriava na skúmanie zákazníckych preferencií na českom telekomunikačnom trhu. Na tento výskum používa index zákazníckych preferencií a spokojnosť s čiastkovými službami poskytovanými operátormi. Tieto skúma v troch stupňoch, za pomoci korelogramu, agregovaného regresného modelu a čiastkových regresných modelov kopírujúcich spokojnosť s službami. Práca prichádza k záveru, že image spoločnosti je dôležitejší pre celkovú spokojnosť zákazníkov ako hodnota služieb ktoré zákazníci dostávajú vztiahnutá k cene ktorú platia. Vedľajším zistením je, že operátory na českom telekomunikačnom trhu sú diferencovaný vo vzťahu medzi cenou a kvalitou služieb. Ďalej práca potvrdzuje rozdielnosť preferencií obyvateľov Prahy a ostatných obyvateľov a na zhodu v preferenciách medzi pohlaviami. Zistené výsledky následne slúžia na navrhnutie praktických opatrení a lepšie pochopenie štruktúry preferencií a úžitku.

Abstract:

This work focuses on the investigation of customer preferences in the Czech telecommunications market. It uses the customer satisfaction index and satisfaction with the services provided by operators. They are examined in three stages, with the help of corellogram, aggregated regression model and partial regression models copying the satisfaction with services. The work concludes that the image of the company is more important for overall customer satisfaction as the value of service that customers receive relative to the price they pay. A side observation is that the operators on the Czech telecommunications market are differentiated with respect to price and quality of services. This thesis confirms the diversity of preferences of inhabitants of Prague and others and consistency in preferences between the sexes. The results are then used to propose practical measures and better understanding of the structure of preferences and benefits.
