Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce je popsat a zjistit aspekty volby oboru na střední škole žáků 9. ročníků základních škol. Konkrétním cílem je zkoumat volby technických oborů, dále analyzovat kurikulární dokumenty základních škol a pomocí polostrukturovaného rozhovoru zjistit odlišnosti jednotlivých analyzovaných škol ve vzdělávací oblasti Člověk a svět práce. Práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části, a to na teoretickou a praktickou, tzv. diagnostickou část. Teoretická část se v první části zabývá kurikulárními dokumenty na základních školách a konkrétně oblastí Člověk a svět práce. Další část bude věnována specifikací oborů na středních školách. Následuje vymezení trhu práce v moravskoslezském kraji. V posledním úseku se dočtete o faktorech ovlivňující rozhodování se pro volbu střední školy a oboru na dané škole. Důležité aspekty rozhodování, kterými se tato část zabývá jsou především sociální a rodinné determinanty. Praktická část ověřuje vliv oboru Člověk a svět práce na základní škole. Toto pedagogické šetření bylo provedeno na pěti základních školách v městě Třinec. Na školách, které se nacházejí v již zmíněném městě se uskutečnila analýza kurikula a kurikulárních dokumentů. Dále zástupci těchto škol zodpovídali na pár jednoduchých otázek. Tyto školy byly vybrány jako reprezentativní vzorek a poskytly taktéž data o přijatých žácích na střední školy za poslední dva roky. Díky poskytnutým informacím a analýzám byly vytvořeny parametry, ve kterých jsou jednotlivé školy mezi sebou srovnávány. Pomocí analýzy dokumentů a výsledků srovnání škol v daných parametrech byl stanoven závěr.

Abstract:

The aim of this paperwork is to describe and determine the aspects of the choice of a field of study what 9th graders are making at the end of their study on primary school. More specifically, we will be examine in detail what types of technical education they are choosing and analyze curricular documents of the school. This paperwork is divided into two main parts, where one of them is theoretical, and the other one is practical using diagnostic data. In the theoretical part, firstly, the focus is on curricular documents used at primary schools in the field Man and the world of work. Secondly, the text is devoted to look closely at different types of technical education at secondary level and application into the labor market in Moravskoslezsky kraj. Last part is focused on factors that can influence the choices of secondary school and its field of study, like social and family determinants. The practical part of this paperwork will verify the impacts of the field Man and the world of work on current primary school students. For our purposes, a pedagogical research of curriculum and curricular documents was used with a total amount of five primary schools situated in the city of Třinec. Results were completed with the statistical data of accepted students in past two years and filling a simple questionnaire from representatives of each school. Thanks to the information we were given we have been able to create parameters in which we can compare monitored schools in between. Using the analysis of the documents and the comparison results for the given parameters, a conclusion was established.
