Software for the Creation of Catalog Documents

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou tvorby katalogu a dalšími souvisejícími činnostmi. Mezi ně patří určení cílové skupiny pro produkty prezentované v katalogu, určení způsobu komunikace s vybranou cílovou skupinou a výběr vhodných nástrojů, tj. grafických programů, pomocí kterých lze takový dokument efektivně vytvořit. Je v ní popsán celý průběh procesu, jehož výsledkem by měl být nabídkový katalog, který umožní prodejci oslovit potencionální zákazníky, a výrazně tak podnítit jejich zájem nakoupit prezentované zboží. Práce obsahuje zásady, kterých by se měl každý tvůrce katalogu držet, popisem určení potenciálních cílových skupin a jejich preferencemi. V neposlední řadě se v této práci řeší otázka stanovení kritérií pro výběr vhodného grafického programu, či online nástroje, včetně popisu funkcí různých na trhu nabízených nebo na internetu volně dostupných software, efektivnosti práce s nimi a vhodnosti pro konkrétní účel.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of catalog creation and other related activities. These include the determination of the target group for products presented in the catalog, the determination of the method of communication with the selected target group and the selection of suitable tools, i.e. graphic programs, through which such a document can be created effectively. It describes the whole process of the process, which should result in a bid catalog, which will allow the seller to reach potential customers and thus significantly stimulate their interest in buying the presented goods. The work contains the principles that every catalog creator should follow by describing the potential target groups and their preferences. Last but not least, this thesis addresses the issue of determining the criteria for selecting a suitable graphic program or online tools, including a description of the various functions offered on the market or on the internet freely available, the effectiveness of working with them and suitability for a particular purpose.
