Agency employment

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce si klade za cíl zkoumat problematiku agenturního zaměstnávání, analyzovat ji, identifikovat nedostatky a následně navrhnout opatření. Je řešeno především nadužívání agenturního zaměstnávání, nerovnost mezi agen-turními a kmenovými zaměstnanci či náročnost v začleňování nových agenturních zaměstnanců do pracovního procesu. Závěrem jsou shrnuty výhody, nevýhody a problémy agenturního zaměstnávání z pohledu všech subjektů působících v tomto institutu.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis aims to the issue of agency employment, its analysis, identifica-tion of the drawbacks and suggestions to improvements. Main focus is on the overuse of the agency employment, unequal treatment of the groups of the regular and agency employees. Also difficulty of the training of the agency employees is examined. At the end of this thesis is summarizing pros and cons, and frequent problems from the viewpoint of every member of this relationship.
